If you booked a VOICE Consultation: Please ensure your telephone line is clear and available. Dr. Basu will dial your registered contact phone number directly at the exact start time of your scheduled session slot.

If you booked a VIDEO Consultation: Dr. Basu is preparing your private, encrypted telehealth room slot. A completely unique Google Meet invite link will be generated and dispatched in a separate follow-up email alert shortly before your session begins.
